Objects have always been collected and accumulated, whether for use or as objects for pure contemplation, and information has always been gathered for exchange and as a basis for decision-making. Photographer Caroline Heinecke focuses on those collections whose motif is perhaps not obvious and may appear remote or bizarre at first glance.
